What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
1A : For floral and Christmas items, our minimum order quantity is USD 8000 per shipment. Normally there is a MOQ of 3-5 cartons or roughly USD800-1000 for each item and each color, depending on the size of the item and different factories' requirement.

For candles and fragrance products from Karma Senses, Mikera or Kassel candles, the MOQ is USD5000 per order and three cartons for each item each color.

2Q : Do you accept order less than USD8000?
2A :

Yes. There will be a handling charge of USD500 for order less than USD8000.

     
3Q : What is your payment terms?
3A : Deposit payment of 30% and 70% after shipment by TT transfer is preferred.

What is your delivery time?
4A :

3 months is the normal delivery time after receiving signed confirmation and deposit payment.

Do you charge for samples and postage?

6A :

Yes. Sample charge and postage is on the customer's account which should be paid prior to sending samples by EMS Speedpost. There is a minimum sample charge of USD100 per order. If the total sample charge is over USD100, we charge whichever is higher.

How long does ordering samples take?
6A :

The earliest sample order time is 3 weeks. Sometimes it may take up to 7-8 weeks depending on different factories. Advance samples against purchase order will have priority. It is recommended to decide your purchase order when asking for samples. This will mean to quicken the shipment of your order also.
     
7Q : Where are your goods produced or manufactured?
7A : They are manufactured in China. Some candles and fragrance products are manufactured in Israel and India.
     
8Q : With your natural products, pine cones, tree branches etc, can you provide fumigation before shipment?
8A : Yes. Fumigation can be arranged but such cost will be on buyer's account.
